GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Elizabeth and James requires 24 hours to process an order. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order, please email help@elizabethandjames.us.

SHIPPING COSTS

Ground Shipping:

Elizabeth and James offers free ground shipping on all orders being sent to a destination in the contiguous United States.

All orders containing fragrance must be shipped ground. Fragrance will be flagged as requiring ground shipping.

*Orders shipping to Hawaii/Alaska will be automatically sent via 2-business day delivery for $25.

**Elizabeth and James currently does not ship to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam.

2-Business Day Shipping:

$25 will be added to orders requesting 2-business day delivery. To ensure 2-business day delivery all orders must be placed by 1:00pm ET (eastern standard time) 2-days prior to delivery.

Next Business Day Shipping:

$50 will be added to orders requesting next business day delivery. To ensure next business day delivery all orders must be placed by 1:00pm ET (eastern standard time) the day prior to delivery.

Saturday Delivery:

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not offered by Elizabeth and James at this time.

Delayed/Backordered Items:

If an item in the order is delayed, then the complete order will ship once the delayed item is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Elizabeth and James currently does not offer international shipping. Please sign-up here if you would like to receive updates on Elizabeth and James.

GIFT WRAPPING

Elizabeth and James does not offer gift wrapping at this time.

GIFT CARDS

Elizabeth and James does not currently offer gift cards.

WATCH REPAIRS

To request watch repairs, please contact Customer Service at watchrepairs@elizabethandjames.us or call 1-844-329-5842 to receive a repairs form and further instructions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Elizabeth and James accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and returned in original packaging. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS:

1. To make a return using Elizabeth and James’ prepaid return label, complete the return form included in your order and repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.

2. Affix the prepaid shipping label (included in your order) to the package.

3. Drop your package off at a FedEx location. You can also visit FedEx.com to arrange for a pick-up.

REFUNDS PROCESSING AND TIMING:

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Items purchased online at elizabethandjames.us will be accepted at the Elizabeth and James retail store.
